Doesn't this reaction bring more attention to this idiot?

I'm all for free speech, but free speech shouldn't include an amplifier.

The JW leadership must be in panic mode these days. I left the JWs over 30 years ago, but back then they just ignored the street preachers. Moreover, JWs have been so well indoctrinated against the Trinity that what this street preacher was saying would have no effect on them. So why have all the elders and mini servs come out to form a barricade and sing a JW chant to drown out the preacher's rants? That's overkill.

Though I could see the JW leaders going to this extreme if the street preacher was talking about child abuse in the JW religion.

My observations. What's with the orange lapel ties? Second thoughts. This looks way to much like a set up.

Could this be a little experiment to see how the rank and file react. Think about the theme of the convention, and the video that shows the JW's ready to be "persecuted."

    Ugh.

Lets be real. Conventions are boring. these guys lives are boring. this is their little "treat" to do something exciting for them.

This guy with the amplifier succeeded in doing the opposite that he probably wished to. He fed into their persecution complex perfectly. Well done moron.

I noticed the lanyards at this assembly. What's that all about? Another identifier that gets them into the Chairman's Office? Something to keep them from puncturing their polyester suits? It looks Pharisaical, somehow.

Crazy. Maybe the leadership really fears antagonistic messages more than ever. And for a good reason, the best JW's are being lost to the "apostate" message: pedophiles, O.N.U., false prophecy, overlapping generations, etc. This may be a reflection of the state of insanity, disarray and paranoia that they are falling under.

If you're going to do something like this, at least say things that might get people to do some research or look something up. Talking about Jesus scriptures and him being God will do absolutely nothing. Talking about sexual coverups, Geoffrey Jackson saying it would be presumptuous to call the governing body God's mouthpiece, etc. Things that may just roll in their minds and make them look it up online.

I like your funny posts, but I must say they were funnier with your old profile pic. It sort of served in place as the automated audience laughing in sitcoms lol.
