Apparently they made this new corporation Called the Christian congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses in the year 2001. This is the religious side of the cult and WTBTS is the printing side and probably the money side. Since the GB think they are of the CCJW and have even stated their non affiliation with the WT is their a way that JWs can use this to their advantage, maybe during a jc etc.? I for example was baptized before 2000 so with the new corporation formed and the GB going to that side what could be argued during a JC?
WTBTS and the CCJW ?

CCJW is used only in the US. CCJW is used by the US Branch service department as their corporate portion. In other countries, it would be a different corporation, such as in Britain it is the International Bible Student's Association.
In the US there are 8 main corporations used by the US Branch Committee or Watchtower for different functions. They are Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey and Florida, Religious Order of Special Full Time Servants of Jehovah's Witnesses, Kingdom Support Services, CCJW. Then there is one for the cemetery at Walhkill and one for the LDC program in the US.
Corporations are set up because in order for an organization to get a bank account, own real property or do pretty much anything else a corporation has to be set up. It is solely a legal entity.
And btw no governing body member is an officer, agent or employee of any corporation.

You can argue whatever you want in a JC, but if you submit yourself to a JC then you're submitting yourself to playing by their rules and those are subject to change at their whim. There's an absolute 0% chance that you can go in and admit to apostasy and have them ready to DF you until you start arguing about nuances of corporation structure. If you're saying that you're not beholden to CCJW because it didn't exist when you were baptized they'll just consider it a dissassociation - either way the announcement is the same and everyone will know that you "are no longer one of jehovahs witnesses."

The CCJW is just a expanded arm/branch of the GB directorship
It really has no relevance to the happenings and activity of a JC
Wiki ....
As announced to congregations in January 2001, the Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses is a corporation used by their United States Branch Committee, which oversees the preaching work of Jehovah's Witnesses in the United States, Bermuda, and the Turks and Caicos Islands.[17] All Branch Committee members are appointed by and report to the Governing Body of Jehovah's Witnesses.[18][19]
As with other agencies of Jehovah’s Witnesses, the Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses may correspond directly with any circuit overseer, local body of elders, or individual, or it may assign someone else to communicate on its behalf. Any of these persons or groups may function as an agency acting at the explicit direction of the Governing Body.[20][21]

The GB create the doctrines for the JW organization and set enforcement rules and directives down to the elder level to uphold those doctrines for all baptized participating JWS.
The WTS has always dodged the identity of it being a simple religious publishing house for among other reasons tax and to maintain a non profit charity organization.
That may have been a underling reason for the new Incorporation registration. ???

?
Please explain why this 'Britain' letter was sent out last month using "CCJW" letter heading:
https://www.reddit.com/r/exjw/comments/7addba/october_31_2017_to_all_congregations_re_new/
Out of interest, can you provide an example of a letter using the "IBSA" letter heading? It would be interesting to see.
There is also this letter: Watchtower and Tract Society of Britain: Letter, August 12, 2011, TO ALL BODIES OF ELDERS, Re: Christian Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses

Sounds a bit like they wanted to divide the organization from the spiritual doctrinal side away from the literature and money side, they both work in unison with one and another as a whole..

I got the information during the oral arguments of the Padron case. Also a federal court case in Louisiana where they did indicate that CCJW is a US Corporation that handles the legal affairs of the US Service Department.
It is also when at conventions or assemblies when they make the announcement that because funds for these events are handled by the local branch office please make checks payable to Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
In Britain, there is no corporation that is called Christian Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses. There are two main corporations. Watchtower of Britain and the International Bible Students Association.
IBSA mission is stated as: Promoting the Christian religion by helping congregations of Jehovah's Witnesses & others with their spiritual & material welfare. We provide facilities for printing Bible literature & housing for members of our order of special full-time servants. We distribute religious literature freely to all who will read it. Conventions for Christian education are arranged & the public are invited.
Watchtower of Britian mission is stated as: 1. PRINTING AND DISTRIBUTING BIBLES AND BIBLE-BASED LITERATURE IN SEVERAL LANGUAGES. 2. FUNDING THE CONSTRUCTION OF PLACES OF WORSHIP IN VARIOUS COUNTRIES. 3. SUPPORTING CONGREGATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES AND OTHERS IN CONNECTION WITH THEIR SPIRITUAL AND MATERIAL WELFARE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND ABROAD, BY MAKING DONATIONS AND ADVANCING THE CHRISTIAN MISSIONARY WORK.
So my mistake it seems like the service department in Britain would actually probably fall under the corporation of the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society of Britain.

For an organisation that says it follows the example of the first century Christians not one similarity can be found with all these legal structures. Even their letters are signed by a legal structure rather than individuals.

which of the gb said he was not part of the wt and it had no influence on him?
