    from the OP:

    2) They are being seen by more & more people across the world.*
    * Because they now want to be seen?

My mom used to quip; "How do we know there is intelligent life in outer space?"

    "Because they haven't contacted us"

Since they are allowing themselves to be seen, I conclude that the aliens are getting dumber.

My Dad claimed he saw a red ball hovering above the road one night, slowly going past our house on Gainsborough Rise. Reckoned it looked like the scout craft in Close Encounters😂

When I asked him why perchance alien life would be interested in a suburban road in Bedford, he mumbled something about the giant hangers at Cardington Airfield💀

I've seen comets, satellites both Russian and US. (they have different orbital trajectories). I've seen Venus, Mars and other planets through a large telescope. I've seen druggies "flying high." And I saw the moon raising. Looked like a huge disk when behind clouds. But other than youtube videos, nope. Never seen a flying saucer, except for clay pigeons which are fun to blow out of the air. (yup, I'm not as good a shot as my mom was, but I can shoot.)

I saw two silver flying saucers while walking with my daughter close to 40 years ago on a beautiful morning. Both stopped on a dime about 500 feet above us, paused for a moment and split off at right angles going their separate ways immediately at high speed.

We still talk about it today. My explanation at the time was that they were experimental military craft.

Almost 60 years ago, a JW friend of my folks worked on the Apollo project and other more classified stuff in the Silicon Valley for Lockheed in the 60s. My non- JW dad also worked on classified stuff -reverse engineering Soviet tech/stealth etc. nearby. - After Dinner, and a large number of cocktails one night they yacked up this subject, and the Lockheed JW swore he saw and worked on the "UFO"s,- a "black project" used for clandestine espionage. The US sightings and press coverage were useful "cover". He soon died of cancer. Dad would never speak of this again. Who knows?

Ah but what a beautiful part of the world....one of THE most beautiful, County Kerry (and Clare)❤️

*And the people they're So wonderful...that's where the real beauty lays! It always surprised me that there were Irish witnesses, because I thought how can the Irish - of all people - believe all worldly are bad? I view the Irish in Ireland as having such a good community spirit, they would have no need of JWs.

But maybe they find fertile ground with those who've seen the bad side of the Catholic church?

There aren't that many Irish witnesses, must of us are 'blow ins' as the local term goes, brought in by parents and grandparents to 'serve where the need is greater' back in the 80s and 90s.

Ireland has been one of the JWs least successful countries for converts, by their own admission.

Too many rules and regulations, Irish people don't like those 😁
