It never ceases to amaze me how humans go to great lengths to stand up for what they believe is Gods law on this or that subject, even to the point of death in some cases .

And in this case the loss of his job.

Relying on a collection of books that are thousands of years old .

Yet the so called authour of these books continues to remain silent , has nothing to say.After all this time, and does not lift a finger to either defend or support those who favour him.

What should that tell you about an Almighty God.?

They tolerate heterosexual people having hetero relationships (none campaigns for hetero relationships to be made illegal), they also tolerate religious nuts spouting bullshit ...

Those videos aren't promoting the "gay lifestyle", or even teaching people about it. They're meant to educate employees on how to behave in the workplace. The company is trying to protect itself from liability.

Since the video isn't about treating everybody nice equally, then I agree he shouldn't have to watch it. Why a training video on LGBT people alone? Where is the video on how to treat Muslim, Christian, Trump supporters, Hillary Supporters, Illegal Immigrants, etc nicely? And how would they know who are LGBT people anyway? Is there a form to fill out before speaking to Social Security staff that asks where you like to stick it?

EOM, cultural diversity is being practiced by corporations that includes everyone you mention. Google it. Not only is it the right thing to do, it leads to a more profitable and successful business, based on numerous studies.

It has become a part of the HR and corporate expectations for employees. You can lose your job for not going along, and legally you don't have much recourse.

There are other consequences. Just ask Donald Silver, Duck Dynasty Dude, and the Governors of NC and Indiana.
