One Quick build they build in North Katy was torn down and rebuild only after 4 or 5 years in the 90,s. Not sure the reason, I had already left. To this day , senior jdumbs still praise this very flawed method.

The local government building inspectors signed off on everyone I worked on. Most of the main workers were journeyman tradesmen and licensed contractors, so the work quality was not an issue.
