Would you be surprised if after finishing the building and move to Warwick they put Wallkill or Patterson up for sale?

1) At the other side of the lake you see other buildings. Is it correct that this is an IBM headquarter? I read this somewhere. If so, the WT is in good company, isn't it?
Not sure, I now that IBM was once located in Sleepy Hollow, NY (yes, such place exists) and they moved from there. So it's not far fetch that IBM may still be in a low tax area.
2) Will all buildings and houses in Paradise be grey?
I hope not. My guess are two: I see a lot of grey being used in architecture. Seems like it's a thing of the moment. Also, the color makes the buildings "discreet". I'm sure they don't want unnecessary attention.

"That said, I'm still not sure why they bought MORE property. They have a TON of unused land in Wallkill and Patterson."
I asked a family member who's reasonably high up the Brooklyn (now Warwick) chain that very question.
His response?:
First: "Deer-in-the-headlights" look. Could tell it hadn't ever crossed his mind.
Second: "I'm sure that's just what made the most sense. We don't always have access to all the facts that go into these decisions."

They are a real estate and book publishing company. The R&F are their unpaid salesmen, guaranteed monthly subscribers and unpaid maintence crew, builders and grounds keepers.
Its a WIN, WIN, WIN for JW.ORG

Confirmed: it's IBM at the other side of the Lake.
At their site they have published the arguments for this location. Maybe the same arguments for WTS:

I wouldn't be surprised if they sold Wallkill and Patterson after consolidating things there at Warwick.

I could see them dumping Wallkill. There's less and less printing and shipping so it would be easy to shift that to another branch.
They'd probably have to add on to Warwick if they sold Patterson though. They've got quite a few departments there plus the schools and stuff.

Thanks for the correction, George One Time. So much for me trusting a GOOGLE search for 'Images of Soviet Style Housing'! (Lesson learned!)The image is of Amsterdam Bijlmermeer. I stand corrected and if it were possible I would remove my post.

Spiral - "...how do they justify building a compound of this size?..."
They've been pretty clear that they intend it to be the seat of government in the New System.
No, I am not making this up.
