you cannot "know god"...simply because there is no God.

there are plenty of gods available off the shelf if you really need something to prop you up.

But stan, the WTS and its members do believe in god, their god. If the goal is to convince a jw, they will not accept a blanket statement of another's belief. Just saying. Don't worry, most people have something or someone they follow.
