As my wife left for fs this morning (aka gossip and coffee time with her friends) she mentioned to me that one of the parts in the CLAM meeting this week was:

to remind the 'faithful' that, "we are involved in a life saving work!"

So I just calmly mentioned to her that if he REALLY wanted to, jehoober could save thousands of lives EVERY day just by controlling the weather or providing just clean water or just a just a few loaves and fishes!

Her reply, "That's true but he is sharing this all important work with the 'faithful'!"

    just saying!

Their life saving work is pathetic and if the Bible is gods attempt to help , what a joke! If you lived you kids and wanted to save their lives from an impending event would you tell them in code or in some convoluted story? Not me I would get straight to the point!!!!!!

Jehovah is allowing man kind the privilage of suffering! What a guy.

Biffy clyro summed it up well with "i met god and he had nothing to say to me"

    Yup

    It's all about saving lives

    Their own lives

Nothing at all to do with anyone other than themselves

Involved in a life-saving work? Does that include those whose health and lives are put at risk by blood-transfusion refusal?

"we are involved in a life saving work!"

You are but what about the thousands of JWS who died due to the doctrinal instructions which forbid blood transfusions, organ transplants and vaccinations ?

or the many suicides your organization indirectly caused ?

Does that sound like life saving work ?

How are you going to save your life and the life of others by indoctrinated people with false prophecies, you do know what Jesus said about false Prophets dont you ?

Total number of lives “saved” by Jehovah’s Witnesses preaching since 1881: Zero

(The organization was formed in 1881 as Zion's Watch Tower Tract Society.)

It`s sad to say that the R&F of Jehovah`s Witnesses are very delusional ,the majority of people who they call upon at their doors have no clue , no idea of why they are their except to gain a contribution ? or to join their church .

they have no idea that J.W.`s teach :

They will be destroyed at Armageddon if they don`t become JW`s.

God is going to destroy this world system of things Govts./ Religions and every thing in between and that they are a part of.

That Satan is the God of this system of things and they are supporting Satan by being a part of the world and all that it encompasses .

That they and their family and children are going to die at Armageddon unless they become Jehovah` Witnesses .

God is going to destroy all that you know and are familiar with and turn this earth into a paradise like in Eden.

Politics and all of it`s systems and Babylonish Religion will be a thing of the past you will be living under a Theocracy and have no say ,no input as to how it is run.

just some of the things I can think of at the top of my hat .

They have preached a "life saving" message for years. Many of the people they peached to in the past have now died and according to JW doctrine they will all be resurrected anyway, so it seems totally pointless. Still it keeps them off the streets
