New Convention Song “ It Will Not Be Late”

There was a song based on Hab 2:3 in the “sing praises to Jehovah” song book.
To be honest, I miss some of the songs from the old brown-cover "Sing Praises" book (and I know some of the songs that were in there went even further back in origin to the pink songbook or earlier).
For example, the Memorial songs used to be uplifting - "Hail Jehovah's Firstborn!" was a stirring march, paired with the more gentle "The Lord’s Evening Meal" - and they were established 'standards' for what is supposed to be the most important event on the JW calendar. Then out of the blue they go and change them.
The JW org is the only place where they would completely remove 'classic' songs from their catalogue that all the members have grown to know (and at least a few, love) only for them to be unceremoniously dumped and replaced with totally new ones that everyone must learn and sing, and pretend as though they never even knew the 'old' songs and previous lyrics.
