Hi DNCall - what I'm trying to say is that sexual abuse is something we understand. But when it comes to law (ie Man's laws (whatsoever they may be) as opposed to God's Way (ie Jesus Christ), what is right and wrong can change.
The laws of men do not exist to administer justice but to maintain the status quo.
What I am suggesting is that if a criminal (by the definition in some law today) knows that the law will change in his/her favor, all that person has to do is kick the can down the road to avoid fines/prison until such time as the law is change so that he/she is no longer defined as a criminal.
Thereafter, that person can use the law against those that accused and found him/her guilty in first place and maybe claim damages. Ie entirely reverse the situation.
