Trump's first wife and mother of his children died recently. They had her buried on his golf course. Do you think this is tacky or a savvy business move since it'll now get them some tax breaks as a cemetery?
Is burying someone on a golf course tacky?

Tax breaks? Really?
It is kinda odd that The Donald just now decided to start his own family plot there beginning with an ex-wife.

There are usually regulations against that, though maybe with enough money there are ways around it. Seems like a particularly poor choice of location.

That's certainly a new type of course hazard.

I just read an article about it. He had it designated several years ago as a rivate cemetery, so it is a legal burial anyway. It sure looks like a tax dodge though.
Let’s hope they don’t have any Caddyshack gophers there.

Initially, Donald Trump's 2007 plans to build a 19 foot high mausoleum with four obelisks on his golf course in New Jersey where he planned to be interred. However, the plans were rejected by officials who called the design "garish" and "overwhelming".

I wish here in these neck of the woods, they would open up these golf areas for burial, for lack of space in the full cemetary. what a nice manicured lawn to be laid to rest, and people having a ball over your remains, not just your beneficiaries. ( not wt inc btw. )

Is it any different from the WT "launchpad"?
