Site looks neat on normal browser especially with all the intrusive loud adds stripped away with Add Blocker.
But on an iPad thinks look pretty awful with add taking up a third of the visible space. That's already bad enough but this site is using tracking too as every add I'm seeing on this site is identical to my Amazon and other shopping searches and well as Google searches right down to the very items I looked at a week ago.
This to me is a gross invasion of privacy so will never be visiting this site on my iPad but only on the computer with strong privacy, blocking and script blocking plugins and extensions running to the max.

That's the way the ad systems work - it really powers the internet and many, many sites including this one. Without the ads I simply couldn't afford or justify the hosting costs each month.
I don't have an iPad to test specifically on one (just in-browser emulation) but do try to make it responsive so it will look fairly good on most devices. Sometimes the 'break points' where the layout switches match the device really well (our 7" nexus looks fantastic) but other times it doesn't which can make space appear wasted. This can be tweaked and improved over time.

You can set your ad-preferences by clicking the little |> symbol in the top right of them. It's not a "gross-invasion of privacy" at all, it's very, very common on lots of websites. If you think running any form of ad blocker stops companies tracking you then you are somewhat naive - tracking also happens at the ISP level, not just the browser level and blocking the display of ads does little to stop tracking you.

I concur, on the iPad things don't look as neat and the ads become obtrusive sometimes. Still, it's perfectly useable.
