    'First of all, then, I urge that supplications, prayers, intercessions, and thanksgiving be made concerning all sorts of men, concerning kings and all those who are in high positions, so that we may go on leading a calm and quiet life with complete godly devotion and seriousness.'

    So yes, 'those who are in high positions' would include the 'deep state' and may be prayed for.

    'What I do know is that the first World Trade Center bombers were in MCC prison in Manhattan and they were given markers by the recreation officer Mr. Kumb. They drew on the walls of their cell the twin towers with planes flying into them one year BEFORE the incident.

    Even with taking into account the low educational level on the totem pole of most reading this, that is if PEW is correct. Compared with other U.S. religious groups, Jehovah’s Witnesses tend to be less educated.
