Anybody else see KH sales lagging?

  Thanks for the thoughts. This KH is in a residential area and directly across from a large school. A church is a few buildings away, and businesses about half a block away. Perhaps the zoning is more flexible than in other places? Perhaps the org is asking too much for it? Maybe the org is thinking the school could use it for something and holding out for a better offer from them?
