Many here will but you shouldn't judge an entire organization off one person. It's great that justice was served here. Jehovah hates injustice.

Glad he's been given a custodial sentence but two years and eight months?! He could be out in a year and four months.
The sentence needs to be longer.

@Rainbow_Troll
So a 46 year old and a 14 year old should have both been more discreet eh?
Idiot.

That is true.
But time and again we've seen the WTS utterly fail to handle things properly and instead invest time and energy into covering up abuses and crimes.
Not only that but they create an environment that makes such abuse more likely so they are guilty of being an enabler and failing to have adequate safeguards in place in the first place.
It's a double fail - make it likely to happen and attractive to the sort of people who commit these crimes and then actively work to prevent justice from being served when they do. We've seen time and again where congregations turn out to support the abuser vs someone who blew the whistle or where the WTS hushed things up and moved people elsewhere to keep their image clean.
So is it fair to judge them. Damn right it is.
Jehovah hates injustice.
Strange then that he seems to have setup an organization perfectly designed to promote and protect it. If you believe that BS.
He's either imaginary, impotent or malevolent - none of which are good reasons to worship it.

AndersonsInfo: Elder, Daniel Anglesey pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Crown Court
BluesBrother: it is worth noting that his name is Arthington and he comes from Anglesey
AndersonsInfo: Thanks for the correction, BluesBrother - That's so funny. I read the headline quickly and thought his name was 'Sly' Anglesey Jehovah's Witness preacher. On something this serious, it's not really that funny.
In particular because there has been an ongoing story in North Wales that has been reported on in the very same Daily Post newspaper - including most recently an item on page 3 of yesterday's print edition (21 Dec 2016) - regarding the paedophile former North Wales Police Chief Gordon Anglesea

For those interested this story was splashed ALL over the front page of today's print newspaper (Friday 22 December 2016) with the main story on page seven - the main content/text appears to be the same as the online version to which AndersonsInfo kindly linked to originally apart from the headlines used etc.
Can't really hide from THAT headline, can you
I believe The North Wales Daily Post has a print circulation of around 25,000 copies.
