They’ve called a halt to all kinds of ministry including carts here. (There’s was a half hearted mention of phone calls, letters and texts to interested people they know.) The idea of still going door to door in these circumstances was always insane, but ordinary JWs somehow didn’t realise that until they got the official letter from the branch telling them so.
