I always had to laugh at the "We don't have clergy" claim, even as kid growing up in it. Oh sure! Care to test that claim? Just start questioning the Elduhz or the CO's or complaining in any fashion, and find out damn quick who Lords it over you in the Congregation! You'll be asked to the back room for a "meeting to adjust your bad attitude and/or thinking."

Why Watchtower needs a law to FORCE them to do the right thing is what has always baffled me.

The WT has a policy which is clearly just wrong, then they fight in court to keep from being forced to do the right thing. Then they have the misguided nerve to claim that it is scriptural and 'legally defending the good news', or some such thing
