How could I get a copy of the elders secret book?

  Purrpurr, the notes in the margins of the "Shepherding" book carry more weight than the words that are in print. They are brought to the local elders by the CO. He refers to them as "directives." This way, the WTS is not responsible for the protocols that are followed locally. I would also like a copy of the book, but I'd like to steal the personal copy of the local Secretary or some such. Since I won't do that, I'll settle for the letters that are posted here.

  A copy of the Elder's book was one of the exhibits tendered in Case Study 54 of the Australian Royal Commission.

  This would be a good place to obtain it.

  The book that was supposed to be not seen by any woman but was handed by the Sydney BO to a woman 'expert' in abuse matters and who is by her own words a practicing catholic.

  The wt made utter idiots of themselves at the ARC when they handed this 'secret' book over as they did.

  @zebra, there is a more public and ironic case of that.

  In Finland JW had to hand over the elders manual to the Minister of Justice and the Minister of Interior....both women. The newspapers reported on it too, making it all too public.

  Jehovah's Witnesses will hand over their secret rule book to the Minister of Justice, Anna-Maja Henriksson, and the Minister of the Interior, Päivi Räsänen.
