  Of course if the Shite was "moving" - there would be no need to cover anything ....But it doesn't. Watched a Trio of Trolley Trollers [love alliteration ! ] the other day while I was having breakfast at my local dive and in 50 minutes of standing on their spot not ONE person approached or took anything - But......they did the time and....the mere fact that the Trolley was there was a witness in itself of course ! People will be judged for not noticing it from their passing cars !
