Host congregation is supposed to ask if visiting speaker needs travel assistance.
Either brothers are not travelling out to give talks or they are that broke that they can’t afford an extra tank of gas

An organization made up of grifters, child molesters. The hospitality is a required contribution abd expense of time and money beyond the "meetings officially scheduled". Usually the speaker comes from across the street.
