it does have a cross-section of a metal beer keg (start at minute 10:20)
(plus it's just amusing, lol)

a lot of people battle alcohol overindulgence issues
there is another kind of "drinking" that is more concerning...
Thanks Pete
Why do you care?
Who is Rutherford to you?
Wouldn't be the first authority in the WTS whose serious flaws were concealed. We had a congregation overseer, that was a practicing alcoholic the whole time he had that position. Finally, after his 15th DWI conviction, he was asked quietly to step down, no announcement. It made me check out other men in the congregation online (open to the public, only DWI convictions viewable though). I was stunned, he was not alone. I guess public drunkenness still is allowed.
the local KH, the COBE would crack open the beers first thing in the morning
his "office" looked like a college dorm room after a party with all the empty liquor bottles
he'd throw back a cold one before heading to midweek meeting, to take the edge off
so when others in the KH got drunk and arrested for domestic abuse
it was no big deal to those elders who were already doing something similar
as long as the person in question bows to the wt-hierarchy, it's pretty much a free pass
