Its very obvious that the Borgs desperation is now showing by the changes of late. Drastic changes.

It’s funny.
That Concept they’re captive to has, arguably, been the Org’s greatest strength…
…until it wasn’t any longer.
At some point, they crossed a threshold, and allowed the Concept to dictate the majority of their actions over common sense…
…with the Concept’s implied invincibility and destiny leading them to make increasingly short-sighted strategic blunders.
Those strategic blunders, in turn, created long-term problems that they’re virtually helpless to address in any significant way without, essentially, undermining the very Concept they’ve been struggling to maintain.

the county governor said in a press release that unless Jehovah’s Witnesses would “rectify the conditions that led to the refusal of state subsidies,” they would lose registration, which they did a few months later, in December.
What would Watchtower need to rectify? New light incoming on shunning/two witnesses rules ect perhaps to get the money flowing back in?

The WT will win the Norway case sadly...it's clear from other cases where they have that are similar.
But as the ex-JW Jan said in his summary its about telling their story and getting media coverage rather than the WT getting their charity status back which is a minor point.
What is also interesting is the sheer desperation from the WT in their defence where they asked the court not to use any WT literature or policy in the case because it is "religious" texts.

The "sheer desperation" of that claim, "Religious Texts" FFS, is laughable, and will be rightly ignored when it comes to matters of Policy and Practice, such material is vital and very relevant Evidence, which the Court has to consider before making a Ruling.
I shall watch this further debacle for the org. unfold !
