APOSNT: THIS is a funny thread, especially that 'opinion' lesson.
Have you considered that perhaps it's simple case of brown-nosing? That is, Gary Breaux is imitating a mannerism of one member of the GB because he is currying favor with that one and wants in the club, or at least their further approval?

I will say this...I tossed back a cold beer with Gary Breaux and several other brothers in the pre-convention work one time. I thought it was cool of him to relax a little with the bro's.
My radar would have sounded if he were wearing a pinky ring. Or pink loafers.

I only watched a few minutes, but never noticed him doing the diamond with 2 hands. The things I did notice are 1) he always had his right hand on the Bible. It seemed really odd. 2) he spoke much too slowly, felt like it was in slow motion or he was trying to make it clear to a deaf person so they could read his lips.
I’ve noticed most of the speakers on JW Broadcasting speak much too slowly, it drives me fucking crazy and I have to turn it off after 2 minutes.

I could see him admiring a person's way of teaching and adopting certain traits as his own. I'm sure we all admired certain elders and tried to imitate them in our own assignments. But the diamond thing is just a little too weird, and way too specific.
I only watched a few minutes, but never noticed him doing the diamond with 2 hands.
I don't remember the specific time it happened, but he definitely did it.
