"WooHoo" Escapes my lips a lot. Still, my most common one is probably "Merry Christmas" I use this all year round. The guards at the gate here on post seem to get a kick out of it, as do my students.
One of our former friends used to say this when they were leaving our home: "If we don't see you in the future, we'll see you in the pasture."
Always makes me laugh to hear that one.
This reminds me. My father has a phrase that he's been telling me all those years.
He always says, "When you get a chance", would you do this or that for me.
When you get a chance, would you wash my car.
When you get a chance, would you wax my car.
When you get a chance, would you moe the lawn.
When you get a chance, would you...........
You call that a chance...
I live so close to my old parents, that I do all their outdoor work as well as mine where I live. When you get a chance.....HA
