After about 16 mins they get to talk about reassignment (retirement) & about 22 mins they talk about the difficulties in finding their own housing. Everything is O K though, since it is all "from Jehovah "...
I felt they picked at least 2 of the 3 who looked as though age had caught up with them anyway and the 3rd had health issues.. Apparently 70 yr old is the retirement age for C/O's now. I can recall some of the "lions" of the past who would have mocked that eg:
Ernie Beaver ; Ted Wright ; Clifford Hensman
The WTS is a young man's game now, except for the GB....

It's more than just a retirement for these men, they've been demoted and their power has been watered down. They will probably keep their positions as an Elder in their congregation but that's about it.
