So I took a look at the coroner's report. Turns out that they did perform a Hysterectomy on Eloise. As predicted by OrphenCrow, the coroner got a second opinion from Dr. Mark E. Boyd. He criticized the hospital and had comments on how they could prepare better.
From what it seems to me, seems like the hospital proactively followed the second advise by creating an informational document and "special process" for those women. Will that change anything? I doubt so. In the end, these suggestions are not on the specific medical intervention rather than procedural and better washing their hands of from someone letting him/herself die.
However, from what I can tell at this moment, looks like the JW is blaming the hospital, not the lack of blood as being the issue.
In a letter addressed to the media, the husband said that it was an infection that finally killed his wife while the coroner's report mentions nothing of the like.
