An 11 year old getting baptized? And she has wanted to get baptized for a "very long time?" This kind of crap never has ceased to amaze me. The witnesses feel that baptism is the most important event and decision on can make in their life, even more important than marriage. But yet we would never see an 11 year old getting married. How in the hell can an 11 year old even make a decision like that? I'll tell you how. It's the idiotic parents forcing this crap down their throats and the organization telling them they will die unless they get baptized.

I remember one talk given at an assembly when I was a teenager, and it basically said anyone who's around 18 and still isn't baptized, can't ride the coattails of their parents into the new system. So if you aren't baptized by then, plan on dying at Armaggedon. This kinda of sh*t thrown on little kids makes me sick!!!!

    Reborn,

I live in Chicago and the last DC I attended was two years ago in Comisky Park (now US Cellular Field...damn the corporatizing of stadiums). It was the worst convention I was ever at. Here we were in May and I was wearing my long johns listening to some $hit by a monotone wanna-be speaker. Last year they switched back to Hawthorne Race Course, but I didn't go. And yes, I remember the Gold Cup room. Third floor where all the hot, loose and weak sisters hung out in the afternoon.

THANKS BLONDIE ! Vernon Rhoades who gave the Baptismal talk said:"By being Baptized, you become the property of Jehovah, what a privilege!"

NOT SO! See the Feb.15,2003 issue of the wt.It teaches that non-Anointed means non-Christian.Posted the article on may 24,14:27,NON-ANOINTED means NON-CHRISTIAN.

All those who get Baptized at these district conventions are of no account according to the wt.Society.Even the Bible was not written for them, only for the Anointed. So,how is it that Vernon could say that they are now the property of Jehovah?

Also,Matthew 28:19,includes Father,Son,and Holy Spirit not just the Father,in the Baptism.

Wow, everyone had such good comments and insight.

I wonder if that young girl had said the same about wanting to get married since before she was 11 what her parents would have done? Certainly, not married her off at 11.

Great find, Blondie! It's at once sickening and hilarious to see these Dubbies placing themselves into the horrifying embrace of Big Mama and simultaneously others of their ilk are flaunting the silly little laws laid down by the Boys In Charge! Excellent! The decline continues!
