Never a jw requested the numbers from 2000 to 2005. I've added them to the original list as set out below.
The major finding from this numerical list is twofold:
1. With one exception - 1993 - every year in the 1990s baptisms exceeded 300,000
2. Every year since then (2000 to 2016) baptisms have not exceeded 300,000 or more - although 2007 came close (298,304). .

This graph is NOT set out to imply a literal numerical link between baptisms and peak publishers because of the unknown “overlap” between the two sets of numbers for any specified year. Baptismal candidates are required to already be active publishers prior to and leading up to their baptisms so it makes no sense to add the baptisms to the same year's or subsequent year's publisher numbers in some kind of cumulative count.
