The choice being, no restrictions that accumulated in an enormous number of deaths so much so that in place Healthcare facilities were over burdened or enforced social restrictions with a limited amount of deaths which no doubt will cause something of a temporary financial melt down ?

Yes there will be deaths among the poor, the unfortunate, the stupid and the unfortunately stupid and poor but they were playing with a short deck anyway in a very shitty world. Maybe we should really try to do something about that when we have a chance to again?

because lots of companies will be shutting down, like Yorkshire the
80's but with fewer donkey jackets. The benefit system is there to
keep us afloat, it did for me when I needed it back then and will
gladly pay my dues forward the next man. I am glad that make me a

Sorry to disagree; the restrictions in the UK were not based on PFSE.
They were based on untested & unchallenged "models" which were sensationalised by Professor Neil (500,000 will die, sorry, 250,000 will die, sorry, 20,000 will die) Ferguson of Imperial College London. His team's "projections" were never published or made subject for peer review. Where is Mr. Ferguson and his punitive models now?

Well ... in a situation like this, I would much rather be underwhelmed than overwhelmed - any day of the week!

No virus symptoms - but serious cancer or other conditions. Yeah - if you die from the hiccups it's documented as Covid 19 and the medical/coroners are confirming same. Politics on all levels in full force now although citizens followed the rules to flatten curve as they were told. It's so scary people are afraid to go to the ER at hospital afraid they'll be diagnosed with COVID if they have a cold. My husband had a red eye - I was rattled it was the fear mongering conjunctivitis eye that possibly could be COVID 19. Having received so many horror calls from clients - businesses, COVID fear - elderly ones passing on hospice care and not having COVID it was like dragging little kid to doctor - wasn't happenin'! Eye specialists just reopening and finally taking ER appointments, praise the gawds! This is crazy and this was minor and not COVID related per specialist.
