I love martial arts. I enjoy lifting weights too, just wish I had more time.

Sunday night I exercised my left arm by lifting a wine glass and drinking.
Last night I switched arms.

I love my kickboxing, yoga, PiYo (pilates/yoga combined), precor machine, rollerblading/skaing, hiking, and I love dancing!

I like Big Tex's workout. I've been training and if there's ever an Olympic event in our division, I'm bringing home the gold, baby.

Unfortunately I don't do much sports as off lately.
