The Pay Attention book is the rule book that elders recieve from the organization that tells them how to control the congregation, how to judge sins, etc.

Maybe because there is stuff in it that is in addition to what the members get through talks and literature
it's a book of rules and regulations. you know, the rules and regulations the elders lie about when they say JWs dont go by rules. i wonder if SOJ can elaborate on that too.

Man, $450 US! I can smell a scam about to happen: Elders start selling "Pay attention ..." book for $400+ then request new copies from society "I don't know what could have happened to that copy!" A great way for Jehovah's people to part those evil apostates from their money, IMO!
Looking at the bidding history the bid amount jumped from $151.00 to $401.00 through one bidding cycle.

Yeah, I bought the book alright. Paid too much, but in a good cause. I'm pretty sure the person who bid the price up hugely at the last minute was a JW. I can tell because he emailed me right after bidding was over and asked, "Please tell me one thing are you a brother?" Apparently this JW wanted to strike a blow for Jehovah, but the latter let him down.
I replied, "No, I am a vile apostate."
