""There are quite a few regulars here who, on an intellectual basis, discussing JW matters or any else for that matter, could eat your lunch before you had the slightest idea what was going on.""

Damn, you let the cat out of the bag.....lol

SOJ, I sincerely hope that you get the help that you need.

You are going against your FAITHFUL AND DISCREET SLAVE by doing this... of course, reasoning with you is like reasoning with a cucumber... your answers still make no sense, and you only exemplify the hypocrosy of your religion,

However, you are not mentally stable enough to even figure that one out...

I am grateful that SOJ has explained his/her convoluted reasoning that allows him/her to remain here without his/her brain exploding from the contradictions.

It surely gives us insight on how JW's can continue to believe, and spread, the thought that they are the "happiest people on earth", all evidence to the contrary.

ThiChi, I think it is more curiosity on how SOJ justifies his/her visits here, rather than a desire that he/she leave, that makes us beg the question.

So in conclusion, why do I visit this forum? To witness. >>>SOJ

I'm glad you are witnessing the effects this cult has on people's lives.

Let me just state this for the record...

SOJ is not mentally stable; end of story. She sees nothing wrong with this in her mind, and never will.

if I'm out in service going house to house and the householder is an ex-JW or disfellowshipped and he asks questions or attacks my faith, I would defend myself.

SOJ, you shouldn't even be coming to our door and defending your faith. None of the scared JW's come to our door where we live, they've been told to stay away from us. What makes you think your above them. We have neighbours that are JW's they won't even look our way.

What makes you think you can talk to df'd individuals when no other good standing jw is suppose to.

You totally contradict yourself and the jw faith.

And if you are counting time for this, SHAME ON YOU, you lazy a$$. Go door to door, or is that too hard, to be face to face defending your faith. You hide behind the computer screen, nobody can see you. Your a coward.

    Sword of Jah,

Actually in coming here you serve quite another purpose than you think. That even some people who *claim* to be Jehovah's Witnesses refuse to follow all the rules laid down by the Governing Body. If you were found out, you would be in trouble. In trouble with who? Your religious leaders. It's good to see you making that first step where you buck the JW system. Keep coming here. It's a great inspiration to see JWs begin breaking free.

I agree with Megadude. For some people this is the first step toward leaving the Witnesses. Who was it jst2laws, that did the very same thing? Got online to defend his faith and ended up seeing the real light? I think it's good for him that he's here. Eventually he won't be able to argue with the blatantly obvious facts.

You are so right Megadude,,,,,,,,,,,he/she doesnt even see that this is his/her first step out the door of JWhood for good. In time, some little doubt , or some experience is going to make SOJ , take a long hard look at the JW's , and himself/herself.

Who's to say that God doesnt work in mysterious ways SOJ..........maybe you are a good person, who is being lead in the right direction,,,,,,,,,away from the WT, where you can really help some people. And I mean that in sincerity, because I dont know you well enough to even begin to speculate if you are just yanking our chains or if you are really sincere. You speak all of the talk of the WT, all the catch phrases, that they have taught you to say, even when they are callous and seem self righteous,,,,,,,but stick around,,,,,,,,,,good associations spoil unusefull habits.

I will explain why I believe that I'm not sinning nor going against the Faithful & Discreet Slave for posting here

I never seen one word of going against God,just uninspired men...they are not phrophets...so they can't be inspired.

inspire... To affect, guide, or arouse by divine influence.

prophet....A person who speaks by divine" inspiration "or as the interpreter through whom the will of a god is expressed.

The WTS says they are no prophets,so they are not inspired....so you are just disobeying MEN.

Even if you feel you are not disobeying the org,it all comes dowen to your putting your trust in MAN.The WTS goes beyond the scriptures. So many man made rules.

(I know I'm going off topic here..)
