For sure you will never hear the national anthem of heaven below. Do you know others?
What hymns will you never hear sung in Kingdom Halls of Jehovah's Witnesses?

No. I didn't quite manage the 30 second mark but thank God we don't have this in our KH.
Probably goes down better in certain Baptist churches in the US.

Amazing Grace…Come as you are to Worship…Above All…

Hi George,
What turned you off at 30 second mark, the exuberance of the choir or the lyrics? Here are the lyrics; what would you not sing yourself with less passion perhaps?
1 All hail the power of Jesus' name!
Let angels prostrate fall.
Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all.
Bring forth the royal diadem,
and crown him Lord of all!2 O seed of Israel's chosen race
now ransomed from the fall,
hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all.
Hail him who saves you by his grace,
and crown him Lord of all!3 Let every tongue and every tribe
responsive to his call,
to him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all.
To him all majesty ascribe,
and crown him Lord of all!4 Oh, that with all the sacred throng
we at his feet may fall!
We'll join the everlasting song
and crown him Lord of all.
We'll join the everlasting song
and crown him Lord of all. -

Amazing Grace...because Amazing Undeserved Kindness just doesn't seem very inspiring!

Hi Tenyear,
Maybe also because 8.5 million JWs are not saved yet according to their organization's soteriology.

Hi Biahi,
I agree with the first two. But why not "Above All"?
P.S. I'm joking of course

How Great Thou Art...and even from a JW point of view, I don't know why that wouldn't have been acceptable. The bottom line is they wrote their own song book to reinforce their belief system. There is a song now that I think is sung at memorial or close there about that honors the 144,000--not Jehovah, not Jesus....disgusting!

Yes, it was the exuberance of the choir. It just reminded me of an old Kenny Everett sketch which was a parody of Baptist choirs.
No offence intended whatever.

Without starting another thread.
Worst Kingdom song ever " Bethel, this is the house of god ".
Literally glorifying a building, Pure idol worship.
Makes my skin crawl.
