each to his own, but I will stick to this: Romans 1:20 New International Version
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature—have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that people are without excuse.Noah + new understanding

Ah, I guessed it wouldn't be long before cofty would see this thread and be along, proselytising for evolution! 🤣Actually, Cofty isnt proseltysing at all. Cofty is asking a very straightforward question- how did marsupials make it all the way to Australia from the Middle East, via the Americas? Its a route that only makes sense if the continents were once joined, which had to be eons before any mythical flood.
Lets assume that Noahs flood happened 4500 odd years ago. At this point, South America and Australia about 16000 kms apart, separated by the South Pacific ocean. Even the most rabid bible apologist will find it hard to explain that migratory marsupial journey and still retain any self-respect.
Ok, so what about via Asia to Australia? Well, then there is the small problem of the Wallace Line. Its is an imginary line that prevents most species of animals in Asia from crossing into Australia and is the dividing line where species are vastly different on either side. Thats why animals abundant in south east asia are not found in Australia, and vice versa, for example monkey's, tigers, cobras.
So, it is really hard to explain the migration of animals to the rest of the world from the ark in a satisfactory way.

For millions of years, every creature that has ever lived has died of starvation, exposure, disease or predation. What does this tell us about your god's divine nature?

Have they considered that the flood story might just be a metaphor or parable rather than literal?
Or more likely the Ark was actually a TARDIS,

The really crazy thing about the flood account is that it supposedly happened just 4,393 years ago, or in 2370 BCE.
The WT Society accept that animals "evolved" or whatever from the two of each "kind" in the ark. However, many animals such as lions and tigers were well known in Roman times, so they had evolved in just 2,000 years.

The Flood Story is plainly an Interpolation in Genesis, and is based upon an earlier Pagan mythic Fable we find in the Epic of Gilgamesh, and goes right back to ancient Sumer of 7,000 years ago, and may be an even older Myth, but as writing was invented in Sumer, it is the earliest example of it that we have.
The Genesis version takes many features exactly, word for word in some instances, and in the same order, as we find them in the earlier versions of the Fable.
The Joker who got it in to Genesis would laugh his socks off, if he returned today and saw how J.W's and others view it.

There would be an easy biblical explanation that could solve this, using this scripture.
not being shifted away from the hope of that good news which you heard, and which was preached in all creation that is under heaven. Of this good news I Paul became a minister.”
Col 1:23
of course Paul can only refer to the “world” as is known at the time.
He wouldn’t have known about North or South America for example. Same would be true of Noah.

The "great global flood" is one of the key cornerstone beliefs of JW Borg theology for it to hold up.

What does the WTS say about today and reaching everyone? *** w00 1/15 p. 13 par. 17 "Keep on the Watch" ***
Fifth, we see a global preaching work being accomplished, which Jesus said would take place just before the end of this system. Jesus stated: "This good news of the kingdom will be preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations; and then the end will come." (Matthew 24:14) Today, that prophecy is in the course of fulfillment on an unprecedented scale. True, untouched territories still exist, and it may be that in Jehovah’s due time, a large door leading to greater activity will open. (1 Corinthians 16:9) Nevertheless, the Bible does not state that Jehovah will wait until every individual on earth has received a personal witness. Rather, the good news must be preached to Jehovah’s satisfaction. Then the end will come.—Compare Matthew 10:23. (When they persecute you in one city, flee to another; for truly I say to you, you will by no means complete the circuit of the cities of Israel until the Son of man arrives.)

Sheesh scientists think they know everything. Didn’t Noah use the kangaroos to spread the message? Call it speculation but that’s what I heard happened. 🤓
