Privacy rights are violated because of the IT. It should not be the Government’s business what you earn, or how you spend it. Because of the IT, the Government tries to control people’s actions by giving tax breaks to people if you do what it wants you to do (buy a house, have kids, etc.,).
There are other, legal and less intrusive ways the Government has to raise revenues.

I've heard that for years. When I meet someone who has successfully stopped paying income tax and shows me how do do it free of charge, I'm on board.
Until then, I'm not going to buy any book that tells me how to stop paying taxes.
