JW Baptism Anullment (page 2)

If someone wants to annul their JW baptism, it would indicate that they think that it still has meaning. Surely it only has meaning to JWs?

Annulment no, questioning validity of baptism yes. You can casually speak to others questioning validity. I was told for example by last elder to go over questions with me I should not get baptized but I went ahead and did it, so I went against direction of “spirit appointed men”.

second, as I was sitting during baptism talk I suddenly realized I had not said a prayer of dedication and I became flustered, confused, embarrassed, and in the end I could not vocalize a “yes” to the two questions asked. I was 15.

i have related these facts to others including elders, and remain untouched and unshunned for the most part.

Use similar facts even if false certainly would help to make elders throw up their hands not knowing what to do. They certainly can be advised that they have no business butting in between a vow made to god as I have verbalized when an elder insisted my baptism was valid in the eyes of Jehovah.

Since the WTBorg Cult Inc. rite of baptism is in essence a Corporation Ritual you'd first have to obtain from the Corporation their Legal Definition of Baptism with its Terms and Conditions. The WTBorg Cult Inc. Legal Department should be able to provide such clarification.

If annulment or revocation is possible then all records of such baptism retained by the Corporation should be destroyed and rendered non-existent.

Whether The Cult would in fact perform such a cleansing is debatable. The whole operation may be fraudulent.

I know a young lady, who I admire for doing it, she got her baptism annulled by proving she was not mentally stable when she went through the process, Questions and Dunking.

Her purpose was to be free of the Borg, but still be able to be in contact with her much loved JW grandparents.

She attended the Meeting where it was announced, and never went to a K.H again.

Good girl.

Of course JW's still view anyone like this with suspicion, but they cannot Shun someone unbaptized (literally unbaptized !).
