Well, okay, I did let her take me out for a nice dinner...........My biggest fear is that her ungrateful kids are gonna suck the money right out of her though..........

Do we only do good deeds because of belief that it will somehow (even down the line) will benefit us, or is there such a thing as complete unselfishness?
Everyone is selfish to a certain extent, but I think that altruism does exist. Often we see poeple give time and effort to help the poor and ask nothing in return.
But generally speaking, usually people expect something in return when they do a favor to someone, even if it's 10 years down the line.
