Very nice! I, too, have a soft spot for pussies kitties! When I was a Commuter Bethelite at the ol' 360 Furman Street building in Brooklyn, I took home an injured & abandonded kitten. I named him "Furman", and kept him for a couple of months before turning him over to the North Shore Animal League, where I am sure they found him a permanent home (they are NOT like the ASPCA, and have a "no kill" policy).

The lady who'd spotted the cat in the first place offered to adopt it and gave her number. Will put the kitten up safely back in the break room and called the lady. When she came to pick the kitten up and Will opened up the cabinet he'd put the kitten in, it was sitting there calm as can be licking itself and it was very friendly.
The lady who was driving the Tahoe was so happy she bought us all lunch. She spent over $60 bucks to bring us pizza and drinks!
And well done the two ladies!
Personally, while loving all animals, I'll take a dog over a cat any day. I've found dogs to be more loyal and definitely more obedient. I've had dogs that would die for me they were so loving, but cats...........
