I just accidentally came upon this old thread while looking for something else.

It doesn't surprise me that you can't get a response from some or all of the email addresses I listed back in 2001, which go back as far as 1994. I know for a fact that some of the people have changed email providers several times, and others I haven't kept track of. I know that the "jesus-witnesses" email list has been defunct for at least 6-7 years (although there may now be a related website; you'll have to check yourself).

What are you trying to do?
