Keep in mind that this is one of the Relatives that is a True Believer and used every excuse you can think of for the cancellation of all Kingdom Hall meetings. And he also used every scriptural argument you can make up to justify the end of the door to door ministry.

He is the one who has belittled my other relatives who have said they are not going back when the KHs open up again.

Now I show him the link above and he had a fit.

He started saying all kinds of stuff. "IT'S TO EARLY,---- DO THEY WANT US TO DIE, ---I'M TO OLD TO GO BACK"

Have any of you told your relatives?

I think many will put on the smile

But I think most of them are not going to be to happy about it.

Would you be happy returning to the routine of getting ready for the meeting, getting in the car at night, when it's cold, driving to the KH, entering the KH and sitting down for the next two hours,

listening to the same thing before Covid----"The end is near"

Driving back home and getting ready for bed.

And doing this twice a week for the rest of your life.

I suspect the WTS is underestimating the level of resistance to starting up in-person meetings again.

I remember some family stating in early 2020 that covid was the begin of the Armagedon. Now KH will reopen, and things will turn normal, they have something to explain for them selfe.

Major major turn down to many jws. They thought systems over soon. Preaching work is done. Plus they felt comfortable sitting at home with zoom meetings. For many it's gonna be like having a nice vacation and now suddenly have too return to a job you hate.

I think wt has made the right decision to physically return to halls. I’m sure the whole thing would of collapsed with in a year or two if they sold up and run with the money

Mine were not happy at the prospect!

I reassured them with the thought that , given the terrible infection rates still prevalent in U.K., it will be a long time before it comes our way... ( we all hope. That’s apostate and true believers united)

In some parts of the world, many people do not have electricity, let alone internet and ipads, etc. So they have been basically without meetings at all. Maybe these places are what they are planning to reopen.

They have started making noises about opening up again but on the proviso that they have been vaccinated. There 4 pages of this: this is page one.

The Body of elders should VERIFY, that ONLY FULLY VACCINATED PUBLISHERS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND THE MEETINGS AT THE KINGDOM HALL.
Interested Persons, Bible Studies should not be invited to attend Kingdom Hall.
Vaccinated Children should not be invited to attend in person meetings at Kingdom hall

So this is really another way of saying;

ZOOM FOR TWO MORE YEARS!
