Its fake news. The building the firm is in, has the old name Watch Tower house but is sold by WT long ago.
Take care what you conclude on different facts.
Facts + facts + facts = outcome false.

It's one thing the media putting out fake stories, but when ex-JW's copy & paste them into "apostate" forums, it merely gives the cult ammunition to use against those of us who have woken up.

UPDATE: Telephoned the Public Information Department of the Britain Branch of JW's.
Asked them:
a) Is the story true?
Response: "I can't comment on a story I haven't read. Send us an email with your questions."
b) Does the org still own the building?
Response: "If you send us an email with your questions, we will consider them."
Public Information Department???????? 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
He was more concerned with finding out who I was, rather than answering questions from the public.
If a registered charity responds like that, perhaps the Charity Commission should review their charity status.
