The Elders in the local Jehovah’s Witness congregation in Thompson Falls, Montana were aware of the abuse and failed to report it to the police.

In the recent directive handed out to all congregations by the WTS. of destroying any written information about instances of child sexual abuses among the members, there may be nothing on paper the police can use and investigate.

Slime ball leaders of the WTS and their lawyers were thinking ahead.

The organization legally gives information that is very specific. This appears to be very specific so as long as that is the case, there is no need to evoke privacy laws as there is no blanket and illegal discovery order as in the Lopez/Padron case.

I personally have no concern here.

I predict WT will refuse and drag the case out for years until the attorneys finally decide to settle (to get some kind of payment for their client and themselves) and the court order will die with the settlement.

Or, worst case scenario, WT will take it all the way to the SCOTUS.
