I'd be a cayenne pepper- spicy, pungent, and able to make you cry if handled inappropriately.

I am a ripe juicy peach....velvet skin that blushes...sweet golden flesh that clings to a hard sharp stone in the deep center.....

My husband says Id be a watermelon (or pair of) Large and firm, full of sweet goodness and plenty to share! LOL

I've never been able to talk about vegetables without a smile appearing on my face..

Probably something to do with that old nursery rhyme that contained the line:

"Miss Mary sits amongst the cabbages and peas".

I seem to recall that someone eventually found out why the kids all sniggered when they read that poem, so the line was changed to read:

"Miss Mary sits amongs the cabbages and leeks".
