I will be having people over and we will probably set off fireworks and have a bonfire in the back yard. On the 5th is when our town has a fireworks display over the harbour and we will go watch that. All in all, I think it will be a fun July 4th celebration.

I'm going to see fireworks in Newport RI

I love Newport, I bet the show there is fabulous.

We always start the 4th with breakfast at the Sons of Norway lodge with Mulan and Big Red. Then the kids ride their bikes in our city's kid's parade. This year my five year old daughter is in the main parade with her hula class. A large number of my family will be joining us to watch then it's back to my house for a BBQ. The weather looks mild, partly sunny and 75.

Saturday I am going on an 80 mile bike ride. Sunday I take the kids to a birthday party.

Shakespeare in the Park on the evening of the 4th, fireworks later that night.

Party at Cruzan's on the 5th. Another BBQ on the 6th.

It's a pretty packed weekend.

BBQ with friends. It's my first July 4th celebration. Do we buy gifts, stuff a turkey, or what?! I think you Barbeque a turkey... right?... hehe LOL.... this will be my second year. There's a fireworks celebration on Lake Union, so we'll be out getting drunk on our boat, tooling around and annoying all the bigger boats. BTW.... everyone... i live in washington state, not wyoming... i cant change it my profile... oh well.

My boyfriend and I are driving up to Vegas today. We are going to a concert tomorrow night at the Hard Rock.
