For 3 months now I've had a work related project to write and complete, its due in this coming Monday, and still I haven't even started it, I just can't seem to get my ass in gear ever with this sort of thing . Occasionaly I've looked over it, thought about what I'm gonna write,.......... then just shoved it to the back of my mind for another week. All the time I've been getting more stressed as the deadlines been approaching. Why do I put myself through this? Laziness? Lack of drive? I don't know, so I've now got 3 days to rush it out! oh hell. ...... maybe some of us are born "Procrastinators"

I will be blatantly honest and say before I found this board I usually did most of my work right away. But I am so addicted, now I put things off. I would give you some advice on how to get over procrastinating, but I need to figure it out myself.

I NEVER put procrastination off, NEVER.
"Procrastinators" is a long word scoob, dont forget to use it in your essay to impress the tutors.
As far as essays are concerned I lived on the edge right through the year. In my last assignment I had to write a transcript of 2000 words and a 3000 word essay to accompany the transcript. The deadline was May 26th, I handed it in at the end of June....I gave em a sob story as to why I failed the deadline and they let me off.
I was busy reading here rather then doing my work, but I couldnt tell em that could I.
