In all fairness to the Norweigians, the poll DOES say 58% change daily. The percentage of those who change weekly is a mere 7%.

Teenyuck, Actually, I know what Jan said about this - as this story has come up already on Rick's – he said that he's always nekkid so he doesn't need to change his underwear!

Well, I have to point out, Norway is still considered the best place to live in the entire world.
Perhaps since they also have the largest percentage of smokers - just perhaps they don't mind the not changing of the underwear!

I am Norwegian. My father was born there. He was very strict about being clean and bathing regularly.
Norway is one of the most well developed countries. Their education facilities far surpass what we in the US offer as high school education. My dad and my uncles were way ahead of most people in this country when it came to math and poetry was a big thing with them. They spoke 3 languages.
Their quick use of anger was a fault. If anyone spoke of Norway as some have here, to my dad, There would be an immediate fist fight. No one slanders the homeland. Yet he admired the US and was in the navy, where he saw action. Although he disliked some politicians, he always stood up for the US and its government. He wanted his kids to be good citizens. This led to lots of arguments with my mother and the jw beliefs.
I am proud of my heritage. Outoftheorg

Yep, from what I've seen, that's certainly the case. I don't know much about their underwear, but their towns and cities are amongst the cleanest and tidiest in the world; a real treat to visit. Not that I could say the same about some parts of (the no longer) Great Britain!
Cheers, Ozzie
