Well, at least there is an admission of the darkness within...which the scriptures Old and New support. The disagreement would be in the area of what to do with the beast-like shadow we all possess.

The disagreement would be in the area of what to do with the beast-like shadow we all possess.
Firstly acceptance, 2ndly withdrawal of our shadow projections on to others. By making our shadow part conscious we take them out the unconscious and we now are better able to deal with it, as it will no longer sneak up on us and bite us in the ass.
