GO GO GO to all the riders in this tremendous race.
I hold nothing but respect for the riders of the Tour de France, and even more so for Lance Armstrong. He book is awsome ! I suggest reading it.
He is an inspiration to us all.

Well Armstrong maintains his lead at the top over Ullrich after todays time trials.
He wa slucky though ; Ullrich fell off his bike and lost valuable seconds.
I think this years Tour is Lance's.

Thanks everyone for keeping an update going. I'm stuck on an island (how can I say stuck!!!hehe) but there is no cable here and don't have a TV. Hubby's been calling at the end of the day to letme know what the standings are!!!

We got home in time to watch the awards, I really wanted to see some racing. At least we get to watch the final stage!

Anyone going to see the race in Hamilton Ont. this October? My brother-in-law lives right on the course, so we will probably stay with him that weekend.
