  No problem!

  You suffer from depression! There's nothing the elders can do about it! That's why

  they never see you!

  You have panic attacks! Doctors are baffled!

  You have migraine headaches! Only staying home and watching TV helps!

  Add your own afflictions - real or imaginary. Don't argue about doctrine,

  don't question the elders - they don't care about it anyway. Just find a good

  chronic illness and get free AND DO WHAT YOU WANT WITH YOUR LIFE!

  not so easy Met. You see if you say, "I'm sick" and everyone sees you at the mall or out partying, that advice won't fly. If you've got a body of elders that want to "assist" you, your sickness idea might not be so good an excuse in the long run.

  LOL! I once used the depression excuse but my mom did not buy it.

  If I had used the homework excuse already I plead excessive pain from my workouts. I run everyday and I would say my knee was killing me. I once said my stomach was too sore from doing so many stomach crunches and needed to lay down. All complete bullshit. I've been working out for years so my body is use to vigorous workouts. If all else failed PMS!

  Then it got to the point I did not give a shit and gave no excuse at all. That's the point you want to reach imo.

  true Mim, but so few really want to assist. The illness are are long term and rarely have a quick fix. Many have used this to fade out. Currently, most think i am too ill to attend meetings, and no one except an elders wife ever checks on me. I do appreciate her, she is very sweet. But she would be sweet no matter what religion she was. My mother told me , JWS are not good when u have illness and problems. She was so right. If u are not able bodied, u will be forgotten. (with a few exceptions)

  If that happens, say you have bipolar disorder and they caught you during one of your "manic" periods. A foolproof excuse!

  not everyone knows it is BS..why because like ya said its mind control..You speak of it like it is just simple thing.. hohum oh well life goes on..Its not that simple..
