Well in so far as lizard shapeshifters goes the Testimony of Arizona Wilder, former mother goddess of the lizard cult, claims that the lead reptile on earth is that one known as the "queen mum". That body has now expired and has been changed for another younger model. Miss Wilder testified in interview with David Icke that she presided at ritual in which she prepared children and virgins for sacrifce. She watched on as the "queen mum" reptile tore into the guts of babies and drink their blood while the "prince phillip" and "Queen Elizabeth" reptiles hung back, forced into submission, but hissing angrily. Yes, there has been speculation that the WT is a reptilian run organization created as an instrument of fear and control.I think Icke has produced material on that too.l

Also, reports of reptile-like creatures litter the ancient stories of all known cultures.
Take the garden of eden story. A talking reptile.
Japanese emperors claim to be descended from the 'dragon kings'.
The Hopi Indians claim they are descended from a reptilian race. they believe that an extraterrestrial race came down and interbred with humans....where have we heard that story before?
GENESIS 6:1-4 says:
"When men began to increase in number on the earth and daughters were born to them, the sons of God saw that the daughters of men were beautiful, and they married any of them they chose...and Nefilim were on the earth in those days - and also afterwards - when the sons of God went to the daughters of men and had children by them. They were the heroes of old, men of renown."
So if you think it's far-fetched that these type of things can be true, just read some of the things in the bible and maybe they won't look that ridiculous.

I don't believe that a person can shapeshift into the form of a creature. I do think that someone could *possibly* cause an onlooker to believe that they had shapeshifted (this could be by hypnotism or some other means, like a glamour).
IMO, the word "shapeshifting" is misinterpreted nowadays and is used in reference to becoming in tune with an animals energy and imitating that animal rather than actually becoming the animal.

What if ... instead of what the WTS believe ..which would be that anyone outside their organization are "satan followers and demons etc. In fact, it was exactly opposite.. and they are the Satan worshippers and demon followers, brainwashed followers of Satans organization.. and his league of demons.. the governing body..
I have heard of more than one elder saying that they have seen and basically saved members of their congregation from "active demons".. What if you reversed their theory,... and these elders were unknowingly causing this demon activity.. because they were trying to bring this lost sheep back into the demonic fold.
